Letting My Heart Bleed

Your face beat the beauty of moon,
I said,
But she blushed like a loon,
Letting my heart bleed.

Your lips beat the beauty of rose,
I said,
But she stared with a pose,
Letting my heart bleed.

Your eyes beat the beauty of pearl,
I said,
But she prepared herself a curl,
Letting my heart bleed.

Your voice beat the beauty of song,
I said,
But she cried like a gong,
Letting my heart bleed.

Your hair beat the beauty of breeze,
I said,
But she made her final pleas,
Letting my heart bleed.
